This past Saturday was great because of General Conference, and especially great because we had our first visitor to Memphis: my DAD!!! :) (I'm surprised it's taken this long for us to have a visitor...I would've thought you all were lined up and bursting to come out to spend time with us...surely you miss us....right?) ANYWAY, he couldn't stay for too long, but we loved that he came just the same. Buddy finally had someone to watch basketball with for one night (someone that wasn't being forced to do so) and I finally had someone here that loved me enough to laugh at ALL of my hilarious jokes. I have a picture of the three of us that we took here in the apartment, but because of a bad angle and someone wearing a knee-length skirt (I won't mention names), I'm afraid the picture is slightly exposing. Sorry. It's okay, Buddy had a cheesy smile in it anyway. What I can post pictures of, though, is our past struggle (it happened in January) in changing the license plate on the car. I guess it too regrets giving up its Pennsylvania citizenship, so I don't blame it for putting up a fight.
I hope you enjoyed the saga today. I'm sorry if you don't think changing the license plate is blog-worthy, but that's about as exciting as our lives get these days :) I guess that's a good thing. Less drama.
